I never cease to be amazed at the ineptitude of the catering and refreshment facilities at Selhurst.

I no longer drink alcohol so always try and order their only alcohol free beer (San Miguel 0.0%) Not once this season have they had any in stock in the Stephensons Lounge.

On Sunday against Leicester my son and I were in the Lower Holmesdale. At half time I tried to order Chicken Goujons some Salt & Vinegar Pringles and a packet of Munchies. All were sold out. I did however manage to purchase a warm bottle of regular Coke and a cup of coffee that took the poor girl about a minute to pour from the machine. That prolonged wait enabled me to watch some chap pouring can after can of lager (Carlsberg I think?) into plastic glasses and managing to consistently get two thirds frothy head and one third liquid

Come on Palace, FFS sort this out!

Same in the LH Tap room bar? serves Ale and i missed the pen decision and penalty and I was still queuing when it was half time with surges of people walking through the queue.Slow bar girls and slow trickle of beer going into your pint glass.Plus they ran out of beer 15 mins before that KO . Sh@t product we are being served every game.

All these comments beg the Q?, why do you bother if it's that crap? If everybody boycotted the outlets, the club would have to address the issue sooner rather than later, or, just close them. Win win.

What about a spirits and juice bar. Could all be packaged up iced ready to go. £3 a shot. Double the volume on the terraces.

Captive audience.

In all seriousness I avoid having food there if at all possible.

Its more the frustration that its shouldn't be hard to get right, but they get it so very wrong. And in turn if the food was better and the service was quicker we'd all be happier and the club would make more money.

£5.72(current exchange rate) Is that a 330ml,440ml or 500ml bottle?

Yes, MrRobbo, i agree with that, tho, all im saying is, if more people boycotted the outlets & the revenue stream reduces drastically, then, SP would have to enquire as to why.

Id be more than happy to boycott. But if I'm honest I don't know how much difference it would make! They are fools.

They had no meat pies at the weekend and only vegan ones, they likely sold more vegan than usual as its the only option. But instead of the head of ordering getting fired as he missed out on all the meat pie revenue, they are probably upping the vegan order to cope with the demand.

That is so obvious that I'm surprised that people haven't done it already as there is no incentive for the chairman to improve matters if people are still buying the crap
