Sounds like a good deal to me you little monkey. Doing a similar deal, I’ve had to sit through some dire woolly films over the years to keep my end of the bargain. So I think I’ll cope with Top Gun tbf

I think Patrick Vieira would be a good Bond. Bond is silly enjoyable escapism I catch the early ones occasionally. The best imo was 'Casino Royale'. In real life Bond would be queuing up in his Aston for petrol and probably made redundant after Afghanistan. Above all Bond is British you could not imagine him being from anywhere else.
George Lazenby wasn't very British.

Bond is about as black as Shaft is white. But cultural appropriation only goes one way doesn't it. If they were going to cast a black actor I think that black guy who played the boss in Peep show was pretty good....can't think of his name, probably still young enough.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Agreed he is an iconic figure around the world and the fans expect that. The actor doesn't have to be British or white but he has to play that rule a well spoken British gentleman. Edited by Badger11 (30 Sep 2021 4.18pm)
