The farce goes on.
They just sent me an email saying their records showed I had not downloaded my Mobile Season Ticket ahead of the Spurs match.
Their records are wrong. I have downloaded it, after much effort and false-starts.
But now they have emailed me an e-ticket which supersedes (very posh word) any previous ticket, season ticket included. So they got that wrong.
They have in fact sent me three tickets, for our three linked cards - whereas when I tried to downloaded the Mobile Ticket, I could only do it with two.
Final outrage: the e-ticket says it is "not transferable" and the "unauthorised disposal" of the ticket is "strictly prohibited and may amount to a criminal offence."
First off: "MAY" amount? So what does that depend on? Is it a criminal offence or not?
And second: so this means I can get sent to jail for allowing another family member to use it?
These clowns are beyond belief...

The right place at the right time

I have just received the exact same email, and I received and downloaded my season ticket two days ago !
I bet every single season ticket holder will get the same email, and a lot of them won't have checked their emails, and their season tickets aren't going to work at turnstiles tomorrow.

Yesterday I received an e-ticket and also email saying as I hold s/t and membership they could not add my ticket to wallet.
Today I have a Spurs ticket in my wallet, which one do I use? Apparently others have now received e-ticket that supersedes any other ticket sent!
Good news BO opening at 8am tomorrow. Ffs who wants to get there over 4 hours before KO?
Total embarrassment

I did successfully download my season ticket two days ago, but they still sent me an email saying I must use the E-ticket they will send me for Spurs.
They haven't got a clue what they are doing.

Sadly I've discovered it won't work.
You can only gain entry with your phone, because the reader at the turnstile reacts with the chip in your phone.

Well that cant be true otherwise the printed off e tickets wouldn't work that have been sent out for this game wouldn't work either

Obviously printed E-tickets will work, but the digital season tickets which you download to your phone will only work with the phone.

After watching the CPFC video I reckon that it will work. The readers have 2 reading positions. One to present your phone to, and the other has a slot which reads QR codes.

Either way we'll soon find out.

That’s not true. For the Brentford game the guy on the turnstile scanned the barcode on my digital ticket to let me in!

What criminal offence might that be I wonder
