I still prefer Charles Grey's Blofeld to Donald Pleasance's (wasn't Telly Savalas Blofeld too?) ... he had a fantastic evil face Charles Grey, he was Mercator (Aleister Crowley apparently) in The Devil Rides Out. He delivers a nice line to Bond near the end of Diamonds are Forever after revealing his plans: "humility, Mr Bond, is the worst form of conceit." Top baddie line that for me.

I think Telly Savalas was in On Her Majesty's Secret Service with George Lazenby as Bond. I thought it was a good one. I didn’t think Savalas was great in it though. Lazenby was pretty good and seemed like a gritty yet thinking Bond. He looked realistic in the fighting. He died young, I think, kind of tragic but can't remember the details.
