Schlupp doesn’t look like a winger. Not really sure what his best position is but he doesn’t look comfortably on right wing. Definitely need another option there.

Kouyate is a liability like I predicted. Useless.

Mitchell ain’t much better.

Spot on about Kouyate. Been caught at least 3 times this half. How thick have you got to be?

Another “utility” player who has lost the ability to play in their primary position. He isn’t strong enough to be a CB and can’t play on the half turn like most CMs.

He did great service last year on defense but he's out of his depth now. Never liked him in mid-field. We need to move on.

out numbered in midfield, 3-5-2, mitchell, schlupp WB, Wilf up top,

There are a good few improvements to be made, but boy this is better than being bored senseless.

Agree - Kouyate never going to work in the system if playing out the back, bring Jairo back in.

Kouyata - worst half I have seen from a Palace player in 25 - 30 years.

Whether on or off the ball, a constant threat - against Palace.

Unthinkable he continues - must be impossible to find a worse player in our squad - or any league squad really...

Kouyate looks disinterested, clumsy and had the mental awareness of a rocking horse.

In fact, just downright overrated

Yes, Kouyate plays CD, facing the play, or not at all

Yes fully agree, Kouyate gets his own feet tangled up whereas Mitchell much too slow and lightweight for this league, we can't play out from the back if we can't pass the ball to our own teammates and Benteke looks completely lost can't run has no vision and looks useless!

Gallagher, wow. Exactly what we have needed in midfield for years now. Too bad he's just a loan, but should be massive for us this season.

Back four look better than last year. I like Guehi and Andersen.

Forwards haven't been involved enough. Not sure what needs to be done differently, but we've got to get Wilf into the game more, or hoof the ball to Benteke more.

Kouyate shouldn't be a starter, and Schlupp has been invisible again. He needs to be a late offensive sub only. He's good for 1-2 runs a game, and that's it.
