The comedy you create in your mind isn’t improving.

assuming that Gengis Khan ever had a w@nk in his life ? The man who got more sex than any other man in history.

i have thus proven that not getting enough sex is the (male) human condition.

This did raise a smile and you obviously have a point that's worth addressing. The selective, self interested concern from some, in combination with an uncommonly dead eyed view of others, and idea that women should adjust their thinking to give less successful or attractive men a chance is of course of note. It's 'poor me'.

What it comes down to really is a narrowing of connection to society based on an individuals own personal attributes. It's a varying mix in these quarters anyway of "i'm not black, im not foreign, i'm not attractive or successful, but I'm English so where's mine!". A certain resentment that others somehow have it easy when clearly in realistic terms very few do. That is what in large part caused these problems, an imagined 'your fault' at all of sundry, over just getting a backbone and accepting that you have to experience pain and rejection (often from a young age) on your way to your goals.

Clearly we should attribute a level of humanity to all, and so while I personally fall short of demonstrating compassion towards men who go postal because they can't get their leg over, I certainly have compassion for joe average, in all his colours and creeds because that's where I think most of us fall in life realistically when we shrug off the brainwashing and political comfort blankets. It's certainly a valid point that social media hasn't helped matters in the dating or expectation world, or the faithfulness world come to that. But then again it's not only the ability to find 'the one' that it has corrupted. The Internet with it's childlike, uncompromising one dimensional outlooks that fall apart as soon as a person walks out of their own front door, has left people lost at sea in all kind of ways.

In a nutshell, to all those who so often post "would" the realistic answer is "as if".

Apparently I'm not getting enough sex. First time I've heard that one.

How many men actually go out and look for a wife? Of course, women are picky but how many men are just as bad?

I am always amazed how many men seem unable to actually hold a conversation with a lady. Either reverting to crudities or else just not even bothering to have a conversation at all.

Especially in this day and age when people spend all their time in front of screens. I genuinely think people need to learn the 'art' of conversation again. Expand their vocabularies, learn how to listen, how to ask questions, just basic stuff really.

Women are biologically driven to want a tall, strong man to be the father of their child. Just in the same way that men want a woman who is healthy and has a pair of hips that can knock out the chavvies on demand.

Problem is that we cannot all get what we want. So you have to actually make an effort to get to know a girl. To chat to her, to make her laugh, to generally let her know that whilst you might not be all muscles and brawn, you are a reasonable bloke, who is willing to actually be her friend, somebody she can rely on.

But if that is not enough then just move on. Don't hang about.

Taking a girl out to dinner is always a great way of finding out what you are dealing with. How she treats the waiters and what she orders. If she is rude to them , and goes for the most expensive dish, then just make your excuses and bailout. But if she is friendly with them, and has the chicken, then start the wooing.

‘If she has (orders) the chicken’ - chuckle. Very good.

Later. ‘Taste this. It’s foul’

Had one even say early on it was for me to spend more or all on going out. Very upfront about it. Shame I had to ditch her because she was very similar to Thandie Newton but I sense sh1t very well and she was very honest about it. No wonder the ugly bloke was her ex. Probably had him wrapped round her finger. I wonder how many husbands she’s rinsed.
