No sign of this at all yet, nor any communication directly from the club so anyone not looking at Twitter/the website will be in the dark.

Probably worth getting to the ground early on Saturday, as I envisage it being absolute chaos.

The website has put up details for Brentford, 4 tickets if you are member etc, ST holders will get an email

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

As I write I've logged into the official site, and under 'match tickets' I can see them all listed. No option to click on 'add to mobile wallet' as yet, I expect that to change soon.
Anyone able to add their tickets to their phones?

They seem to be making assumptions that every season ticket holder has a Smart phone and access to a printer, luckily I have both but some don't.

Just got the email. Despite my son having his own account, they have sent both tickets on the same email. Have sent him the email, hopefully this will be fine

I would say 'amateurish at best' to sum up our club!

I was going to get a couple of tickets this morning but I really couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of adding stuff to my apple wallet and bringing my phone with me and getting my dad a ticket as he’s 79 the ques will be ridiculous on Saturday

walking down the holmesdale road to see the palace aces!

Having now received the email from the club I am seriously worried that going forward I won't be able to attend the matches in the near future.

They are still claiming that it is in line with Premier Lge requirements.
And there is no mention of an alternative for fans who don't own a smart phone.

I should be looking forward to the first home match of the season, not feeling anxious about how it's going to be on the day or if this may be my last season going.

There is a lot of people really angry about this on BBS, Twitter and Facebook and I hate to think of the atmosphere on Saturday if lots of people have trouble getting in.

"Premier League requirements ?
That's hogwash .
It's down to the individual club.
And what Palace are doing is outrageous, they're hiding behind Covid, and bringing in a system which is cheap and convenient for them, and hard luck if supporters don't want it.
Plenty of folk don't have smartphones or printers, and they just want to watch a game of football.
The simplest and most reliable season ticket system is with the card, imagine the chaos at the turnstiles when fans turn up with a flat battery or a frozen screen etc.
Palace need a rethink, consider the supporters for a change, we weren't even consulted before we gave them our cash.

Complete balls up.
This is a slap in the face to our older fans and loyal season ticket holders.
I'm not looking forward to Sat afternoon at all now - it's going to be a total s***show.
Ironic that the little emoji in the tweet from CPFC looks like the China flag - this looks like where we're headed

At the Watford friendly in the Homesdale there were queues to get in because the scanner wasn’t picking up bar codes. That was with a few thousand. Palace technology has always been bad. God knows what will happen on Saturday. Five times the crowd. OMG.
