You can be sure, that if he worshipped Yasar Arafat, and had the PLO flag on his facebook page, rather than the confederate flag or stars and stripes, it would be clearly labelled a terrorist incident , just saying.

I find it incredible that people rush to fight their utterly tedious & pathetic tribal battles in the wake of events such as this.

If something is terrorism, it is terrorism. If it's not a terrorist-related attack, it doesn't detract from the fact he has shot innocent members of the public, including children. The reason Islamist & far-right incidents of terror are labelled terrorism is because they are committed for political aims. If that's not the case in this incident, and we don't know yet, it won't be terrorism.

It's not a competition and not every incident of barbarity is a platform for you to fight a culture war.

Not at all, in fact pointing out exactly what I expected as replies, point fingers at the OP in order to cover up the traits that I suspected.

Tbh I did expect it to be a brown skinned qoran loving idiot of a Muslim.
Luckily for you it wasn't and has enabled you to post your white hate message.
Be proud orange; you finally made the grade of racist like all of us. Clap clap hooray

I was just agreeing with Dan, and also stating the facts, no culture war here- he was a Trump loving gun toting murderer - and if he was a Arafat loving ,gun toting murderer-he would be described as a terrorist- just saying.

Read the post again CP. If it was your descriptor in all honesty it would be about politics in some way or another. So would be terrorism.

It's not stating the facts as they are unclear at this present moment. What has been reported by the chief constable as of now is that it's being treated as a domestic incident, and that the first female victim was known to the killer.

It would appear you and many others would rather we label things terrorism irrespective of if they are or not purely to level up the score between Islamists & the rest. And in the context of people who go out into the street and gun children down, IMO, that's kinda f***ed up. Save the political point scoring for Brexit. If something is terrorism it's terrorism, if it's not it's not. Neither detract from or add to what this guy did.

If he was radicalised online into a certain set of beliefs and chose to act violently on them I think that meets a definition of terrorism.

The most pressing question amongst all of this is how such a deranged individual had access to a lethal weapon.

No, the chief constable has stated it was domestic, with randoms, then suicide, and i"m no ismalist terror lover, but just stating that if it was a palestinian flag, you on the right who jump on the band wagon, would definately suggest it was terrorism.

"You on the right". What are you talking about? How does anything I said relate to left or right?

The far right and people like you are exactly the same as eachother and that's the irony that is always lost on both of you types. It wasn't long ago I was being called a woke leftie by people on the HOL. And that pretty much sums it up.

I assure you, beyond some fringe extremists. The vast, vast majority of people in the UK are opposed to terrorism from whatever direction it comes. And if it comes from white supremacists on the far right, that's equally as repulsive as when it comes from the Islamists. As I've already said, this isn't a platform for you bunch of morons to fight a culture war. Grow up.

Why would you want to even link that with this atrociousty? Seems you 'political' hatred for all thing English/British, know no bounds. Imho, you are a very nasty person. My opinion.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

So basically you've been outed on your partisan & ideological bulls***, resorted to calling people right wing & when they give it back, you now come with this.

Total clown. Like I said, people like you + the far right = 2 cheeks on the same arse.

I was just breaking news as it was on the sky news as I was typing, wasn"t linking it in any way other than to say what a sad day it is, another child taken, not linking it in any other way.But you did say you would never respond to a post of mine again- I hope me reporting that this murderer worked at Devonport didn"t make you change your mind, you been ex navy, it was just facts, nothing against the navy!
