Totally agree.

Its his wages(imo) that are probably more of a stumbling block than anything else. Funny how all the usual 'click-bait' sites have all of a sudden jumped on this in, what, the space of 2hrs?

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

You're probably correct but I just have an odd feeling that Mourinho might come in for him. Perhaps a swap deal might suit us and any interested clubs plus would allow us to screw United over for the sell on fee which would be amusing.

If there's any truth in this I'm inclined to say bye bye. We'd be lucky to net £40m and anything over 35 is a good deal now. Let him go to a bigger club where he becomes a small fish in a big pond. A reunion with Moyes if he goes to Everton, that won't happen. A foreign manager won't or shouldn't put up with his petulant attitude. He could have been so much better if he wasn't such a spoilt little child at times. Sorry Wilf, thank you but go sit on the bench somewhere else where your not first name on the team sheet. Look at Eze, gets kicked and gets on with it.

I really don't understand Wilf. If he really wants to leave, why not apply for a transfer to a bigger club in a smarter way.
His sulking and easily fall-overs does not impress the "big 6" (not sure why Spurs are mentioned in that family) or any of the major European clubs. He is his own worst enemy, but I think it is time for us to finish the Zaha saga.
The question is - anybody willing to pay what we demand for him? Maybe some cash and a player or two from the buying club will be good business - and less cash to ManU as well.

if its a px deal the market value of the player involved gets added to the final cost of the deal.

The sooner he is gone the better.

His attitude issues just keep showing up how anyone can even try to defend this guy is shocking.

The biggest issue is who really wants him?

It doesn't look like anyone really does and can you blame them look at his attitude, age and he hasn't really developed no way is he good enough for top 6 team.

People who think we will get 35m+ are delusional the market is different now 25m for him would be the most you could hope for. (dont forget we will lose around 25% of it as well to United)

Wilf has made no secret of his desire to go elsewhere, whilst clearly he will be missed if his heart is no longer with this club then we should just let him go at the right price. Personally, I think his form has not been that good for sometime now and you really do not know what Wilf is going to turn up, either, the skillful player, or the sulker. It's time for us all to move on!

This is the right answer. We should look to replace with someone who can and is willing to deliver a decent cross.

I think with the rebuild needing to happen this could be the right time to get rid of him, for the right price, if we can sell him for 50 mil we still get 37.5 mil after the 25% to Man U.

Why keep a player who has lost interest in being here? For 37.5 mil I’m sure we can find a younger and hungrier player with bags of potential.

I agree about his market value now and his attitude, at times, leaves a lot to be desired. However I stick to my view that, if I was getting kicked to s*** every week, I would expect my teammates to come to my assistance. Old ferret face at Southampton, kicks Wilf all over the park every game, except after McCarthy got in his face at Selhurst.
The issue Wilf has in trying to secure a move is, his wages and not having a release ckause

What would be your guess to what we could expect?
