Yes, the amount of training injuries has been a worry Additionally, I noticed against Villa the number of times players slipped which can only assume is down to over-watering. Could be a connection.

Awful news, the only positive spin you could put on this is say Lampard has been negotiating about the transfer funds, he might demand we spend an extra £25mill for a replacement, Pereira from WBA comes to mind.

Yes this 4 month period seems optimistic given our track record Given our medical team 4 months will drift into 6 months with no given reason for the delay Given our physio/training we will be given false summits as to full match fitness which will extend and extend with flimsy excuses that "unfortunately" he picked up another injury in training... Look at Ferguson. Should have been back new-year but 4 months later... I would be surprised to see him again before Christmas.

I've said it before and I'll sadly end up saying it again, Scott Guyet is the problem. He is part of the furniture and well-liked but his atrocious record is damning. I am praying that the nee manager is able to bring in his own fitness and conditioning team because we desperately need it.

May not play again in '21 !!! At least he won't be injured on international duty. Can't understand why training has to be taken to breaking point. The bean counters should be aware that such methods cost more money than they think - although that does assume that they do actually take injury costs into consideration.
