You know that's funny when our English posters tell us that Scotland receives too much from the Union. Yet here is Johnson wanting to pour in billions more. Won't work this time you can keep your corrupt old etonian cesspit. Spend it on Dave's new shed.

It's a sign of desperation, knowing that the UK is crumbling just like the NHS has been for the last couple of decades. The writing is on the wall and Johnson is trying to 'spray paint' over it with money.

I like to read history books when it comes to the Scotland's relations with England over hundreds of years 2 things are very clear. 1. Scots are always demanding from money from England this is nothing new. 2. Scotland's foreign policy is based on cosying up to the French and using that threat against England. If wee Jimmie gets her independence expect to see that policy renewed.

I didn't read in the site rules that one 'had' to post on one thread in order to qualify posting on another. Perhaps you can enlighten to where that requirement is specified? Maybe that's something you can achieve as a task?

You are correct that there are no such rules but as it is a Crystal Palace Supporters forum, one would expect some input about Crystal Palace FC unless you are, of course a patronising troll or even a reincarnation of our old “friend” Pussay Patrol, who never commented on anything football related. Please explain in simple terms how Scotland will be economically viable. I will give you a Panama /$ scenario on use of the Pound. How can Scotland produce enough tax to maintain public services? How will Scotland deal with the exodus of companies such as Natwest/RBS? How will a Scottish sell the idea of future use of Euro which is a prerequisite to EU membership? For the avoidance of doubt I would vote to get Scotland off the UK balance sheet if I was allowed Originally posted by steeleye20

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

Is the wrong answer. So what is the meaning of the word “independent “?
