Thanks lads! The father in law is Leeds and they’re currently unbeaten against City, Liverpool and United since he’s been born so already under a bit of pressure. There’s no way he’s getting away without the same suffering as me when it comes to football though And in 20 years time Dan jnr will be posting about 94 year old Roy’s new contract after Palace win the inter-galactic Superleague for the fourth time running.

Jeez I don't believe it I agree with Steely. Nope never heard of him either. File this one under 'Only famous in the UK no one else cares' Of course this is very embarrassing for BAFTA so desperate to promote diversity it appears that Clarke's reputation was well known yet they chose to overlook it. I assume that is why these women came forward my guess is that one of them decided it wasn't right that he got an award and contacted others. Otherwise where did this dossier come from. It is also telling that his agent, Manager and PR firm have dropped him.

I wonder if this is the tip of the iceberg. He is small fry compared to some of the Hollywood celebrities but as you say maybe there will be bigger British stars in the frame. Bullying is rife in the entertainment business by both men and women and so far the #MeToo campaign has skirted this issue unless it was sex related. For some reason the music industry has remained unscathed which I find surprising rap musicians are one area where bullying and misogyny would not surprise me.

Sure I was more thinking of historic allegations against British music stars. I have seen a number of old biographies about British pop stars from the sixties where talking heads openly talk about having sex with under age girls. Of course this was all pre #MeToo.

The guy sounds like a real creep, but in my view it should go through the courts before he sees his livelihood ripped away. What's the point of a justice system if guilt is decided prior.

If it relates to criminal accusations I agree however many accusations appear to be related to just being a bullying creep rather than a crime. In his world you are self employed so he is probably not been sacked by anyone they just won't hire him. He can always go to court if he feels he has been libelled He has also issued some kind of an apology about his behaviour which suggests that whilst he admits nothing criminal he does agree that his behaviour was not proper. When you run with the Woke you run the risk that the pack will turn on you which they have.

Marilyn Manson will be in the news (and maybe jail too) very soon! Edited by eritheagle (01 May 2021 6.39pm)
