Not sure why so many people name Gallagher, he started well but in the end in could not hold his place in the WBA team. I believe RLC is on more money than Wilf so that will not be a goer! We need to look for an improvement on Jimmy Mac in midfield.

On current form whether a free transfer or not I doubt that Lundstrom would be signed, daft to buy players just because they are cheap.

Lookman would be fine but I suspect his value has shot up, maybe more than we can pay, which is perhaps also the case with Andersen of Fulham.

Apparently not keen on Palace, the young French lad at Reading, Olise would be excellent.

Any body seen the winger at Bristol city Semenko that we have been linked with.

I’d take a look at the following- obvs wouldn’t expect us to sign many of any but below look alright from what I’ve seen

West Brom
Darnell Furlong- potentially clyne or ward will leave as both out of contract at end of season. Younger right back and has impressed at times this season

Mbaye Niang- looks a handful, good record at Galatasaray, available at a low cost apparently

Connor Gallagher- may be able to get on a perm or loan. Good young midfielder, you’d imagine will get better and seems to be able to drive forward better then what we have

Fulham
Ademola Lookman- if we could get him in from Leipzig believe he would be a excellent signing

Joachim Anderson- looks good

Tosin Adarabioyo- young centre back, will only get better

Anguissa- think would improve midfield

Okay Yokuslu looks decent, and plays in an area we would be looking to recruit in.

I would have thought Loftus-Cheek would be high on the list. I thought he played well for us.

Fulham and West Brom have a few interesting players who will want to stay in the Premier League next season and won’t be of interest to the big clubs. They won’t fancy going to any of the promoted teams so we’ll be in with a shout. Not sure about Loftus Cheek though. He was great for us a couple of seasons ago but has been poor for Fulham this season. As for Sheffield United I don’t think there are many players who stand out.

Gallgaher - a younger version of Luka? He's a promising youngster still learning his trade. He likes to get stuck in. It will be interesting to see what Tuchel makes of him when he returns to Chelsea. I suspect he'll be available for another loan next season. Whether Chelsea will trust us with him after the Batshuayi fiasco remains to be seen.

What I like about Gallagher is his energy. He gets up and down the pitch and is a little scrapper. I don't think he's worth more than £10 million at the moment, but at that price I think he'd be a strong addition, maybe with add-ons for goals and appearances. With this summer predicted to be a buyer's market we could find some value and perhaps benefit from the bigger clubs trying to shift some debt.

Jack O'Connell would be top of my list, on the proviso that he has recovered from his knee injury fully.

Pereira from West Brom is the only one from the relegated teams who offers much of an improvement. I'd have said Loftus- Cheek until the last few games of the season when he had no stomach for the fight.
Please not Lundstrom or McBirnie from Sheffield Utd.

I can see why Alllardyce rated him, but he can't get near the Celta Vigo starting XI, and they're not great.

Celta Vigo are 8th in La Liga.
Prior to joining WBA, Yokuslu had played 12 league games for Celta Vigo but only started in 3 of these games.
