The biggest claimants by far of furlough is the public sector. Biggest scam ever. How do you do gooders all propose sifting through millions of stay at home beuros? It ain’t gonna happen. There is no department in the government to chase any of these shmuzzlers. Just get over it and move on.

Another dig at the public sector, the easy target. Can you supply evidence that they are the biggest claimants of furlough. I know many public sector workers none werefurloughed

When will they be announcing the criminal investigation into Dido Harding and the missing £37bn?

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

After the carving up of £47 billion PPE cash scandal- and that"s pencilled in for 2049- but a thorough investigation will be taking place, so worth waiting for suckers!

As far as I am aware public sector workers never got furloughed - they were paid full salary instead.
Obviously a lot of them worked through but many other public servants sat at home on full pay and sadly many are still doing the same.
Despite what people say you will likely not be as productive sat at home instead of the office.
Where the public sector are concerned they should be ordered back to work on Monday or face reduced salaries and benefits from the end of August.
London based ones should lose London Weighting as well.
Maybe we should start a new thread because these people really get my goat!!

If the job can be done remotely then why not move it to India or some other low cost centre.

Joking aside the unions are doing the managements job for them by insisting work can be remote. When somebody decides to move the DVLA abroad the union argument that is has be done in the UK will not hold as they have been advocating for remote working.
