Yes the cronyism means I wouldn’t miss them. If labour had a proper opposition I might even prefer them in right now.

Yes, at this rate I'm at a loss to know who to vote for next time around. At least Corbyn is gone, but Lab still don't really tick all of the right boxes. Then again, the constant about turns from Boris.. 'bring your child to work day' leadership skills. It almost feels wrong to reward this ineptitude. Oh well, it's so far away I guess I shouldn't give myself something else to be annoyed about

Yes,rubbing our noses in it really, especially with the crap that"s going on,unfortunately, most of the population are totally oblivious to the corruption going on, as long as eastenders starts at 8 pm and they can still borrow from the bank they are happy! Lets hope they don"t complain when the bank calls in the debt.

I must admit the six and seven figure PPI deals going to MPs mates pissed me right off. Never let a tragedy go to waste and all that..

Sad but true. There has been a major shift to the rich this past year. They can all hold tight during slow downs and lockdowns, but the average Joe can't. That wouldn't matter so much if they handed back their ill gotten gains, but hell will be freezing over before that ever happens!

Why would a bank call in its debt on everyone?

Back on topic, the 'truthful' Bbc, have done a piece on Bury Market, whilst mentioning, that the fruit n veg sellers had a hard time at the wholesaler's today, blaming the disruption at Dover.

Dont they understand that all the wagons etc stacked up are OUTBOUND not Inbound. This is typical false information & scaremongering by them(again). Imo, this is the frogs trying to bully the UK into a deal for brexit. As has already been stated by others on here, it aint the 1st time theyve closed the ports & it wont be the last, they are just upsetting EU drivers & hauliers.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

Regardless of who is at fault here (Macron) the contingency plans are poor. Operation Stack has been running for years why are there no toilet / shower facilities and hot food which can be brought online when required.

I feel sorry for those drivers most of them will be stuck here over Christmas it's not there fault they deserve to be treated better.

And on the subject of Operation Stack I note that a new parking facility for Brexit will come online in February! nice planning by whatever idiot came up with that. That should have been in place during the summer.

I wont be asking Boris to organise my party at the local brewery.

I just noticed that some of the drivers are kicking off with the police I would make it clear to them any trouble and you are banned from the UK.
