Army envolved now, to little to late. I read an article in one of the papers that this was payback by the Moroccans. Apparently a wanted rebel / terrorist is in Spain getting medical treatment much to their disgust so they simply ordered their border security to take a day off. I think this highlights how fragile Europe's borders are relying on countries surrounding it like Libya and Turkey to keep people out.

close to the time of his death, Colonel Ghadaffi identified himself as the cork in the bottle , stopping legions of young men flowing into the Mediterranean. he predicted that after he was gone, there would be a tsunami from the Middle East & Africa. .............. But lets forget about the politics and look at your street, how many Local men have you seen, this week, with a partner from those places ? and how many Local women with a fella from there ? Do the numbers of the two groups match 50:50 ? and if not, do we need more women from those countries ? Prejudice is to hold an opinion that is not backed up by the statistics. Science is about observing the data and forming a true picture. Edited by PalazioVecchio (19 May 2021 8.37am)

I am increasingly, and perhaps edging towards the slightly deranged, becoming convinced that the key to much of what we are seeing now playing out in the West, is linked to what happened in Libya from 2003/4 onwards and specifically the role of Tony Blair.

Of course, the easiest way to avoid answering this question is to attack the poster. Far easier than dealing with potentially difficult subjects.
