Yes women do generally try to poison men, I am aware of that. The point being that the statistics are the statistics and just because women tend to act in a certain way, it does not magically make 'muscle power irrelevant'. Tell that to the majority in these situations, namely women getting a battering, or indeed battered to death. I somehow think being entirely defenseless against muscle power may have mattered to them. It's a biological reality.

I had in additional made the point that domestic violence against men should be taken seriously, as it should be, rather than seen as the fault of the man being abused. Women for all manner of reasons though tend to be more at risk and on the receiving end of violence, and so I don't find it particularly controversial to highlight that or pour more resources into it.

Fundamentally I'm about natural law.

Within that context I recognise that violence is part of the human condition. Due to the average genetic and hormonal differences between males and females the majority of significant violence and murder will come from males. This won't ever change as a difference between males and females while they retain the same genetic and hormonal differences.....as we are all slaves to them.

The difference I have with many on the 'blank slate' side of things is how best this is addressed. They think that the male higher capacity for violence means that masculinity is negative. So they look to reduce examples of masculinity and instead focus upon feminisation.

This thinking has been implicitly dominant within institutions where the left have ruled....it's documented in books, like the aforementioned 'blank slate' just how much damage 'blank slate' thinking has been done to countless lives...the truth amount is uncalculable over centuries....and the fact that people continue to believe it continues that damage.

In terms of what can be done to reduce male violence? I would suggest for society to emphasize the traditional and responsible masculine male role model within families. For males prone to violence that role modelling will be much more effective for their self esteem and allow better channeling of aggression.

The current trend of treating aggression within boys as if they were some kind of dysfunctional female does nothing but damage already damaged situations.....but this is what happens when the people in charge believe in ideology rather than nature before their eyes.

I wonder how things are changing, however, evolving if you like? For instance, I've noticed an increasing aggression amongst women - particularly towards men. I don't have any solid research or evidence, I doubt anyone will research it as it won't suit them. However, at events such as BLM marches, Brexit and anti-Brexit protests, Antifa marches, Anti mask events, I've noticed a massive increase in the aggression of women.
This has to translate to the home eventually - one would think. Another place is the workplace where I find women increasingly willing to be argumentitve and aggressive as well as sly. This makes it difficult for men, since they are not greatly equipped to deal with this. Quite rightly, men are raised (in general in our society) not to hit women.
How then is this increasing aggression to be dealt with? I admit this is largely anecdotal, from my own experience and observation but I believe it to be true. We perhaps could look at current role models for women, and how they have changed, to highlight the issue?

Independent of sex the individual will look to maximise their advantages within the system using what abilities they have.

The culture at the moment allows certain personality types to succeed over others. It's just the same old script, just with different winners reading from it.

It just means you have to keep your counsel and pick out the sensible women from the rest. A socially conservative woman nowadays are like gold dust.....there are lots of Markies...not so many Middletons

Agree with this, particularly the part about treating boys as though they were dysfunctional females.
It’s quite amusing to wonder what the mythical “New Man” of the 80s makes of things - all that and they’re still wrong.

Well this surprised me:

"Young People Most Likely To Doubt Women's Leadership Capability"

Maybe it's the young people rebelling against what is force-fed to them.

Imagine my shock.
