You surely cant have a scapegoat for every situation. Just once would you be able to isolate a problem and discuss it individually on it's own.
Mayor khunt has had years to rectify the issues you say bojo created. He hasnt so it's his problem

Would you be one of the people over the years posting that the reason the country is in such a state under 10 years of CON gov is because of the mess labour left it in?(nothing in the cupboard), I would scroll back if i was bothered but i know from your post above their is no way, no way, you would come out with that . As for the london stadium making money for this country i very much doubt it! £800 million to build, £2 million a year coming back, less maintainance, it will be 400 years to get that back- as for the games itself making money- after security and pay offs to people like CON seb lordy, over £2 million, i doubt anything would be left! I have criticised mayor khunt . how about you criticising boris mate(or is he untouchable in your rose tinted specs? )

That's two barrels from one bullet, not fair.
Anyhow what 'state's is the country in.
Public services are awash with dough.
Dont beleive the hype about the nhs, police, schools and other public bodies. Do you see how if changes are wanted or needed the BMA and police federation etc use the same old excuses of low funding and dont touch our services and that old tosh. Have you any idea how many managers and quangos are within these services. If HMG wanted to try to save money they face a brick wall. My mrs works in a school and the waste is phenomenal. Thousands of books and paper along with tons of other stuff just chucked out every year or sometimes term. Multiply it how many 1000s of times across the services and theres the dough for the neglected (and there are a few, granted) services. I do see fault with the tories.
I fault them for not being hard enough with people who take the piss. And for not shooting the grooming gangs. Also for letting immigration get out of control. Personally I think benefits should go up and taxes go down as that would help the economy more than any meal deal. 90% of people would spunk the lot every month. Imagine how much tax take would be coming in for that. TVs holidays (c19 permitting) nights and days out, house repairs. You name it people would pay for it. There is no better way to enhance a country than to bring in a huge feel good factor and that would be it.
You dont have to make everyone equal to better a society.

If you think Khan is a good mayor then that;s your opinion and more power to you

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

If Khan is anti-motorist I couldn't agree with him more.

Let's return London to being pleasant to live in, free us from the infernal combustion engine.

Are you advocating the blight that is the idiotic, uninsured, untaxed, (mostly) unroadworthy & unlicensed cyclists should be given priority?

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

LOL. London is not meant to be 'pleasant'. It is meant to be noisy and chaotic and messy and full of life. Hustle and bustle. But it has to have 'flow'. People moving around, getting s*** done, making things happen.

'Pleasant' is usually code of just helping out rich people. A classic example is the road network around Crystal Palace. In their wisdom Croydon have closed off several of the roads either running parallel to, or connecting, the approaches to the Triangle for through traffic. Causing utter mayhem and for the benefit of whom? Nobody other than a few wealthy residents. Who cares that the traffic just ends up diverting through other roads, invariably lined with much poorer residents than the ones Croydon seem so keen to help out.

Like so much else the Left do, it helps nobody but the smallest amount of their own supporters.

London is a trading city. Buying and selling at the heart of why it exists in the first place. You want 'pleasant', f*** off and live in the country.

I think you will find that London was not pleasant to live in before the combustion engine. Not sure it has ever been that great for peace and quiet and polution of one sort or another. Too many people.

Top post!
Some of us need to drive for our work and we are being literally crucified by this crap!
Add to that - congestion causes more pollution than moving traffic so where is the environmental benefit in all of this.
Khan is an idiot and many Councils are following suit.
