I have to concur with all the above, and maybe add dumping shed loads of rubbish when they move on- always feel gutted when those tv progs on channel 5-heres pete- nickname the vulcan-driving the suburu x5- top speed 220 mph- chases a stolen car going at 80 driving through towns and red lights, catches the toerags- only for them to pull onto a common and 50 odd friends are waiting by their caravans- only to hear the commentator say- Pursuits called off, pete will have to get them another day! To be fair to them - and i am no fan- they are only breaking the law! Not international law(that is ok to break ), but just uk law! It would be a tad hypocritical of gov .uk to break one giant law itself, then moan if someone, anyone, breaks just uk law. "Do as i say, not as i do", springs to mind!

I had never thought of that but more than possible. The justice system can be a strange old beast to understand and can be the most annoying of all our major public institutions in that it tends to not get unduly bothered about the most henious of criminals getting away with all sorts due to how the law can be twisted by defence counsels. All in the game, right?

But in the case of jury tampering, especially in cases involving the murder of cops, I suspect they take a different approach. That is most definitely not how this is meant to pan out.

Perhaps this is just the start of a major crack down? Good. Lets hope so and as you speculate, such a major operation in terms of not only manpower and time but also the downsides of all the usual BS about harassment must have been authorised from the very top.
