The 30 million price is wrong though, they paid just 23 million for him last summer.

Scouts don't have to be based in any particular country, merely have knowledge, connections and, also, I presume the language would help. I guess in the current situation, the foreign scouting is by video, due to travel restrictions, so right now it won't matter.
I noted how much we employ ex players. Personally do not believe Dougie deserves anything, Bright perhaps. But of all recent players, I reckon Speroni could have had a role.

Forgive me for asking, but if you are and you know anything about Sporting around the time of the Academy business, you'll know Rafael is an exceptionally gifted footballer, but.........
The first time I saw him play here in Portugal I was asking "Jeez, who is that?"

How much was it after all. 18m was a myth.
