Bournemouth were very well organised against Spurs. Kane and co. didn't have a shot on target in the whole game.

Although they are 3 points adrift I wouldn't mind a punt on them to narrowly escape.

Looking really bad for Bournemouth and Villa. Both Watford and Wet Spam winning. Bournemouth 6 points from safety, Villa 7 with 4 games left. Villa are going to be desperate for the points tomorrow.

Agreed, with this afternoon's results,it looks virtually certain that Smug Eddie's Bournemouth are down together with Villa and Norwich.

Good riddance!!

We do, but they virtually secured safety today with a 4-0 win at hopeless Norwich.

Norwich looked spent.

One crumb of comfort for them at least they haven't bankrupted themselves attempting to stay up.

Recently relegated sides from the PL are not finding the championship a bed of roses either.

Huddersfield - currently 19th.
Stoke - currently 20th.
Hull - currently 21st.

And Villa, who invested over £140m on players, will surely once again, struggle to stay afloat in the Championship next season where their definitely headed, parachute or no parachute payments.

Their Net Spend this season has been just £6 Mill.

Just £6m??

In the loads of money league, that is one of the reasons why they have gone straight back down with such a wimper.Lack of investment.

Got West Ham next week which could well see us safe with a win or even draw if Bournemouth and Villa lose their next 2 games.

Certainly don't want to be relying on the last 2 games we have which are Man City (Bournemouth have them too ) and Arsenal (Villa have them too)

Nigel Pearson has done a terrific job.

When he took over after 16 PL games, Watford were rock-bottom on 9 pts. A.Villa who were 4th from bottom had 15 points and their goal difference was far superior than that of Watford.I fully expect Watford to stay in the PL.

It is not over for Bournemouth, who have stuck 4 past Leicester so far this evening.

3 to play that's possible 9 points.

So glad it is not us, the nervous system has seen better days.
