Are you a Doctor erm No. Ok are you a Technician erm No. Ok are you someone who's likely to invest a Million pounds in a business which will create dozens of jobs then erm No. Seriously what a f***ed up world when a loony like this can (no doubt) go through layers of security & live in the UK. Personally I would give this scumbag the heaviest jail sentence available & five minutes after she serves her sentence she'd be on a plane to Tirana. Pro USA & Israel

All the while continuing the blanket coverage of stories about Stephen Lawrence....fully 27 years after he was killed by a Drugs gang. read the link. I don’t know for sure but my experience says 1 of these 3 possibilities: 1) married to an EU National, therefore no interview and a gratis EEA family permit: 2) Married to Kosovan/Albanian who is now British Citizen: 3) Entered claiming to be Kosovan ( hundreds of Albanians have done this) and now holds U.K. passport. Option 2 would be the only one where an interview may have taken place but most visa applications now considered remotely. Ridiculous system that very few visa applicants are interviewed, brought this in several years ago to enable more applications to be processed; more money to treasury but lost the visa officers expertise at interviews.

See my previous reply, Albanians not EU but hope my previous reply sheds some light on possibilities.
EEA family permits are much abused as, under EU law no enquiries can be made. Easier to gain entry to U.K. marrying an EU National than it is if you marry a British Citizen. This has been kept very quiet over the years

The main issue is that the police f***ed up in one of the cases.

There's an argument that the narrative of the Stephen Lawrence case is completely wrong. You could spin it to say that the police initially f***ed up, but preserved the evidence and relentlessly pursued the case until the could get justice...but its not in anyones interest to tell the story that way round.

The Emily Jones story is terribly sad. The murderer is clearly insane from what I've read but should not be able to hide from justice.

I've not seen anything official saying that she was a sex worker, or that she was trafficked to the UK. Only that she moved here in 2014, and was first admitted for mental health issues in 2017 and had not been taking her medication or been to get an injection for months.

There seem to be several failings here, it would be nice to see them go after everyone involved in a joint enterprise case, but none of that will bring Emily back.

You could also ask if people this case gets more press attention because its a Albanian, rather than a woman from Bolton?
