Hear hear! That goal away at cardiff was a turning point in the season in keeping us up i seem to remember, and punch is one of a few who have scored for us in an fa cup final, should have taken rooney out on that run but so should a number of players, you nearly won it for us and helped get us where we are, an established epl club, who"d have thought it a few years back? Come back as an ambassador /meet an greet when we build the new stand, steer clear of going back to the new den, it2s not the fortress/atmosphere it once was as everton proved, and the valley of despair would only depress you, maybe a coaching role at selhurst for a croydon legend beckons?

One of three, in fact.

He deserves a send off from the home crowd ... hope he and Jules will be out on the pitch at the end of the game on Sunday?

A lot is made of the chaos of the Holloway / Parish transfer window in 2013 but Puncheon turned out to be a gem from this and the difference in the toughest seasons 2013/14 and 14/15.

So many big goals and performances when it mattered.

Been a great servant to the club and hope he gets the recognition he deserves on the weekend.

Hahaha that picture always gets me
"it's a boy!"

Yes, great, passionate player when we needed it and served us well. I'm sure he'll slot in a Championship side

The last two seasons with Palace were not his best but we must remember he was the first real "prem" signing since we came up. He truly transformed a struggling team with the ability to hold the ball up and then play a smart pass out wide. Really looked the business when he first joined and time has naturally caught up with him and we've progressed in the other direction since. We may well have gone down without him in his first couple of seasons though. We should respect him a local boy who wanted to play for Palace and did a good job for us.

Good, never understood the affection for him.

Don’t suppose there’s any chance of you calling it a day at the end of the season?

You know he still is on loan at Huddersfield & is in their matchday squad for their game away @ Soton?

I cannot believe what I'm reading lol

Absolutely shocking player other than a a few free kicks. One of the very worst I've seen in the shirt.

The sycophants on here are stomach churning. Whatever next? A statue of Akinbyi perhaps?
