Look, whatever you think of Liverpool (and I think for all their faults they have great fans, they applauded Arsenal after missing out on the Championship in 1989) their management team, with some spending admittedly, have organically built a powerful team, Man City is just money plain and simple.

It's a laugh and kinder than "thieving benefits cheats" which is far more accurate in most cases.
