Understandable, but, a shame. He's an EPL title winning manager

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

not really a shame. Fulham don't deserve a manager that good.

Just heard an interview with Scott Parker, sounds like David Beckham with a brain injury.

for a relegated team , they still gave chelsea a good scare.

the last minute equaliser was disallowed for 2 millimeters offside. Shame, Chelsea are scum.

if a money club(chelsea) lends 'duplicate messi' to a relegation-battle club(us), because the other duplicate plays for the first team(chelsea)......the little club will then punish ManUre, Arsenal, ManCity etc etc with the loanee. A loanee who will not play against his parent club(chelsea).

That plan didn't quite work then.

a lesson for all future bosses of football clubs.

Do not sack all the players of a winning team and replace them with 100 million quid of talent who have not learned to gel as a team.

henceforth we should call it 'the fulham effect' ....big spending that actually weakens your team.

I don't think that Fulham got rid of too many players from their promotion winning team.Goalkeeper Button and Fredericks were transfered plus some fringe players left the club and some players who were loaned returned to their parent clubs, except of course Mitrovic who Fulham bought for a fee which could rise to £27 Mill.

The likes of Sessegnon,Cairney,McDonald,Christie,Odoi and Ream are still at the club.Fulham brought in about 12 players in pre-season and 3 in the January window, the problem they had was they just couldn't keep a clean sheet and kept chopping and changing their defensive line-up.They leaked goals and their first clean sheet was in their 18th PL game, a 0-0 at Newcastle.
