I would prefer the x-factor one....

Most certainly not European.

Another defeat that can be put down to s*** tactics/ substitutions. Playing against one of the shortest centre backs in the league (Mariappa @ 5ft11) and yet he doesn’t take advantage with one of wickham/ benteke. Instead of making a sub to kill the game when 1-0 he waits till we are down to react.

And bringing on schlupp ahead of Meyer to chase the game is typical Roy. Meyer must be kicking himself for signing for us when dross like that are picked ahead of him.

Not yet but at the end of the season I think it will be time. Our home form is rubbish and an insult to the club's lifeblood, the football is hit and miss and we can't finish a w***. His in game mgmt is also very hit and miss - why Schlupp came on instead of Meyer who could have added the precision we needed to open them up late on is beyond me.

He's not really failing but we're just there this season, promising little. I think the club could do with a spark, someone to breathe life into us and excite the fans. We have the players to play nice football and create a lot (saw it last season) and it needs someone to get the best from them. Right now we look like Roy's England and that is no good thing.

With a budget smaller than about 5 championship clubs, give him the 20th highest wage bill in the world then let's see what he can do.

Roy's been very fortunate to have been involved at this level for so long.

Apart from his time in Sweden, what has he won?

He's had some incredible opportunities and delivered very little.

Nice guy and all that but time to go.

I'm going out on a limb here as I haven't analysed ever player, but I would hazard a guess that Schlupp is the worst and most inaccurate passer of the ball in the whole of the EPL.

After we have only just recently been Pardewed, you now want us to get Rodgered.

Remember that season Liverpool's attack nearly won them the PL, they were that good. Defensively s*** - as our 3 goals in the last ten minutes at SP illustrated.

Swansea, swashbucking but going nowhere except back to the Championship. And as for Celtic and Scottish football - come on!

Only four years after he had left, still scored the most league goals for a club never to have won the title, so pochettino is a terrible manager ? Not won the league either, even when Leicester won or a cup, yeah terrible manager.

He left the legacy of the way they played and everyone knows if his defence had been anything like Klopp's he would have won the EPL easily. Remember it was Kenny Dalglish who bought Suarez. And who's talking about winning the league silly, I'm talking about setting us up with a solid tactical system that links a strong defence with a competent attack.

What have most managers actually won? No English manager has won anything for years.
Unless you are managing at a top 6 side you aren't going to win anything. Pochettino has won nothing, but everyone seems to think he is the messiah.

Hodgson has to stay and for as long as possible,
not his fault that our players create wonderful opportunities and then miss them.
