I love these people who think they speak for the working classes, but who have never done a (proper) day's work in their lives.

I am working class, incidentally.

Yawn. Not everything is about Brexit.

There’s no hope in Brexit, what with opportunities in emerging markets vs the contracting EU market?

Tell that to someone who’s had their wages cut in the 2004-2008 mass East European migration period before austerity because the building contractor or large employer benefits from paying a 12 man to 3 bedroom house dweller.

He couldn’t wait to tell Andrew Neil that he grew up in a Brexit voting area. I bet they’re gutted he’s gone.

I’m fully aware he’s gay and probably left the area for that reason as well as further education and professional reasons but he’s still out of touch upon hearing things that don’t fit his sheltered views. His manner on tv is embarrassing. Imagine if you had to work with him. One day everyone may have to work with a version of him if they don’t already. Time to get off the next stop.

He just doesn’t have a single considered, balanced or nuanced argument. It’s still amazing to me how the left gets to be so obtuse and just point the finger and claim racist/facist blah blah blah. It reminds me of the invasion of the body snatchers.

I think those that have not entirely been paying attention are starting to notice now.

Squealer and Mao's-red-book-waving Shadow Chancellor shared a platform today with a chap, very chummy with Corbyn, who implored PM May to "shoot herself".

Odd that Squealer wasn't so quick to condemn that, after a week wailing about how violent the rhetoric if the "far right" is.

Hypocritical t***.

Do you think he will be arrested for a breach of the peace....or incitement.

The avuncular (?) McDonnel who smiles genially and pretends to be reasonable and sensible is the biggest example of how malevolence and hatred have grown in British politics. He is a shockingly bad example of balanced debate and I am old enough to recall no former creature like him. If, heaven forbid, his constant calls for a General Election come to pass and his party wins, I dread to think of the outcome.

That's the double standards of the new left. When Corbyn clearly muttered 'stupid woman' it was laughed off by his chums. If a Tory front bencher had said that of Ms Abbott it would have been Misogyny City (even though it would have been a factual comment).

Incitement to violence by those with the 'right' political opinion = nothing......call one of the establishment a 'nazi' = arrested.

If some didn't have double standards they would have no standards at all.

I'll just add of course that Soubry isn't a nazi......I mean how many people called that actually are? Hardly any I would imagine....I don't think I've ever met a national socialist in my life.
