do you find this on all the 20 or 30 of football fan messageboards ? those that you frequent when you wish to preach your lefty dogma ? you are a troll , not an Eagle.

getting back to the OP's question : Almost everywhere has a cheaper cost of living than London and a less stressful lifestyle....so go for it. And enjoy your newfound identity when you land wherever it is. A londoner in London is a nobody, and in Brattislava he is interesting and exotic.

no need to jump ship.
its just the cities / major towns.
this year I moved from Croydon to west sussex.(Goring by sea)
property was cheaper, its not perfect but has a lot of values from decades ago.
people say good morning / evening, in droves.
families out all together walking, on bikes etc.
many community events, fayres, cranky local stuff.
loads of pubs, independent shops.
besides the coastal towns why not northern villages.
Otherwise Portugal, they seem to like Brits. if you fancy the heat for 8 months.

He lives in Holland which hopefully makes you feel like a right dick for posting garbage

Makes you wonder, why he keeps on posting about Brexit and is so consumed by it, as it doesn’t even effect him. Along with his general anti British stance.

A new year approaches and I'm seriously thinking of a change.looking to move abroad to warmer climates.has anyone done it and got good ideas etc?

all depends what you are like as a person, but i have been living in canada for 6 years and whilst it has loads to offer, i do miss home.

At first it's like a holiday, but once normality resumes and life ticks along, you miss the things you didn't really give much thought too.

I learnt and it was quite obvious, you need to get involved with the community around you or find ex pats (which is a cop out, but what i had to do). Humours, lifestyles, all very similar but also different. Sarcasm is just me being rude out here apparently oh and real football is what the americans play.

It's really opened my eyes to immigration - i see pockets of indians together, asians togethers, brits all meeting up weekly - humans by nature are very tribal and they like what they like, there are always exceptions, but yeah - it's a tough call but i am where i am and happy as it is a good lifestyle, house, family etc

1) Get away from the Brexiters and don't look back!

2) Always remember the Sun,the Daily Mail and the Express are not educational text books.

Run! Free yourself while you can!

Anyone who brings cultural pollution with them, in fact.

I only hate immigrants that want to blow me up
Stab me
Or shoot me.

I have a friend who fled Iraq who shares that view. Went on a protest about foreigners turning up and telling him what to do and lost two mates - apparently legitimately.

Yes, quick: flee from all the career prospects, social safety nets and free health care because you disagree with the result of a democratic vote.

All these communists living in nice areas, slagging off their own country and talking about fleeing.....but it's never about them fleeing.

Come to Ireland. You can help put barbed wire up at the border - so there are career prospects.
