WARNING: Fraudulent Ticket use at Selhurst Park for Palace v Man United

Dear Supporter, Crystal Palace stewards will be checking all tickets at search points to identify adult supporters trying to gain entry using a concession or junior ticket. If possible please allow extra time for your visit to Selhurst Park on Wednesday night.

Supporters are encouraged to upgrade concession tickets to adult tickets in advance by following the instructions below. Upgrades are also available on the night at the main Box Office or Entrance 4 match day box office, but supporters may incur delays.

Fans attending games on an incorrect age range ticket will be refused entry and the season ticket and all season ticket rights will be suspended for the remainder of the season.

How to upgrade your season ticket from Junior / Concession to an Adult ticket:

Upgrades can only be processed by the season ticket holder or the parent or guardian of the season ticket.
Upgrades can be processed over the phone on 08712000 071 or in person at the Selhurst Park box office.
Supporters can upgrade on the day at the box office, but we must have prior authorisation from the season ticket holder or the parent or guardian of the season ticket via email or phone.
You ticket can delivered in two ways, on email via an e-ticket or collected on the night if we have the name of the person collecting.

I was under the impression an adult was allowed to use a child ticket for evening games, was i drunk when i read that or has this changed ??
