the chap that wrote 'the long good friday' theme , although no other film scores to credit, was an excellent big band sound & jazz perfomer.
cannot remember his name now, but he had a huge collection released only a year or 2 ago.
very good, a lot of it.

Francis Monkman. Very accomplished musician. Played piano, guitar and synth on Curved Air's fantastic Back Street Luv. I have no doubt either Mapletree or Midlands (or both) will regale us with stories of seeing them live back in the late 60s and early 70s.
