On the chest of drawers at the end of one of the banks of desks in my office there is a sort of rose water bowl thing that's festooned with the colours and logos of Wet Spam. I thought I moved up here to get away from that kind of s***. Haven't found out whose it is yet. FFS. It probably belongs to the London Taxpayers

Two blokes I know one a Knuckle dragger and one a Clown but they are really nice so it messes with your brain. The knuckle dragger is actually quite intelligent and works in an art gallery ( weird or what ) . I have done a lot of work also for them over the years but I always have a little laugh to myself as when we chat it’s usually straight to the footie and I have not got a clue what their teams are up to but they know exactly how the mighty Palace are doing

Last week I was at a birthday meal in a party of 8 and in attendance was a fervent Brighton supporter who lives locally and I was informed was a very nice chap. We started to talk about our respective clubs and engaged in cordial conversation until I clearly raised his hackles by just being honest and expressing my opinion without using lavatory wall expressions, without raising my voice or without me being personally insulting towards him.I certainly never set out to rile or antagonise. If he had said to me the same words about our club in the same manner I would have just disagreed but respected the fact that he had the right to express his opinion. No acrimony, just a rebuttal in a civil manner given we were in company in a social environment. All he said was that he needed to avail of the toilet walked off and never came back to me to continue or conversation. We never engaged in conversation after that and I am informed he never wishes to be in my company again.Sensitive,'snowflake' Brighton supporter.

Croutons in a sandwich. Never heard of that before, but I’ve led quite a sheltered life, and I don’t get out much, and when I do get out, we lose to Southampton (just to get it back to the topic).

You should try it.....use mayonnaise instead of butter so that they stick.....quite nice with toms, lettuce and choice of cheese/ham.....oh and gherkins.....if you're truly experimenting with foreign fifth columnist muck. Yes there is this possibility. Edited by Willo (07 Sep 2018 10.42am) Only joking Willo!! But I think that’s how they are in general, having the edge over them over the years has intensified they’re hatred.
