Been said by others but this team is ridiculous. Wayne had a great game and Macca did nothing wrong. Why drop them when the team won well, besides Meyer is unlikely to be fit and has done nothing to earn a start. What sort of message does that send to the team that you can lose your place after a good performance and a win.

I've not seen anything to suggest that Roy will change a winning team.

Personally I wouldn't change it either, Andros seems to be great at covering AWB. On the other flank, Schlupp is a left back anyway so no worries defence-wise there. That leaves Macca and Luka, nobody argues that Luka shouldn't play so that leaves Macca.
Anyone want to suggest that Macca can't do any damn job that Roy asks of him needs to go away and watch some rewinds back. Macca is underrated and understands how the team works, exactly what we need against Liverpool.

you don't sign players like Meyer to stick them on the bench. In any event we need a passer in midfield, despite the win I thought we weren't great in the middle on the ball and someone like Meyer can help us control a game and keep possession more while finding the players between the lines to make things happen

Fulham had a lot of the ball, especially in the middle of the park. Seri and Cairney both had plenty of possession and completed about 3 times as many passes as Luka and Jimmy Mac. I do worry about allowing players like Keita and Milner too much time on the ball, but I think it's more a case of upping our intensity with the same players than chopping and changing for this game.

At the sake of repeating, Roy hasn't liked to change a winning team unless injury makes it so .
