Yes for more wages. as i've already said if another club wants you and will pay you more you will go there, no other factor comes into it. Footballers just go to whoever pays you the most

Not for more wages to stay where he was, you've even highlighted that part and then ignored it. More wages to live and play in Madrid.

Sorry but unless you know Courtois personally you have no idea what other factors, if any, come into it.

You also seem to personally know every other footballer on the planet if your last line is anything to go by.

You really don't get it do you?

if he's on 100k and Madrid offer 200k, far as he's concerned he's losing 100k a week. If Chelsea wanna keep him they need to give him an improved contract on similar money as he could command elsewhere

Exactly the same thing happened with de Gea, it was almost certain he was off to Madrid a few years back but he was persuaded to stay, Man U just paid him equivalent if not more than Madrid were offering so he stayed put

I don't agree with you. I've got my opinion and you've got yours.

Can you "get" that?

De Gea had an ex living abroad with their kids too did he?

it's not necessarily opinions since my argument is based on exactly what 99% of footballers do whilst you seem to buy some tenuous line about him being near his family. I suppose you felt sorry for Yaya Toure when he didn't get handshake on his birthday?

You need to research the word "exactly" as you've used it incorrectly in two consecutive posts.
