That is, pick the single best-value transfer into a PL club this summer (can even include from another PL club if you like). I don't know why you're not doing it when you are clearly so knowledgeable. I really wish matteo would take up my "choose one player not 200" challenge.

That is, pick the single best-value transfer into a PL club this summer (can even include from another PL club if you like). I don't know why you're not doing it when you are clearly so knowledgeable.
