I'm a nationalist, not an ethno-nationalist. These are not the same thing. The point of the countries you mention is that you have to be from there. What views on women? If you make an accusation I want to hear it. Listen mate I'm off to Cuba on a one way ticket, so you enjoy spending your hours in a successful Capitalist country moaning about people criticising men who take pictures of women's private parts without their consent, and defending a man who compares the current Muslim population in Britain to the Nazi invasion. I'm gonna lie on a beautiful palm beach and raise a toast to the world class healthcare coming my way.
If punk ever happened I'd be preaching the law, instead of listenin to Lydon lecture BBC4 |

Have a look at Britain Elects. Regular polling has shown the Tories ahead most of this year. Corbyn is not winning over the public despite the Tories leadership issues. Tories should change their leader to Gove IMO. His speech on croney capitalism shows he is in touch.

What are your views on women? Who are the fittest women in the world? The prettiest girls that I have come across on my holiday travels are Greek by a considerable distance. As a keen cricket fan I watch our overseas Test Matches and the cameras often pan around the grounds if they spot pretty women and I think that West Indies seem to have the prettiest girls at the grounds closely followed by India

Finally a lefty living by their principles. Forgive me if regard the statement as being as connected to reality as your normal ones. And by the way, don't lie on here saying I support upskirting. As for Robinson, I bet he has more Islamic friends than you have. Attachment: robin.JPG (35.07Kb)

Why do people persist in sending links to news rags on this forum? It is a post-truth, fake news world, it is automatic that you do not take them at face value.

We should all follow your example and post what we think is right, no matter how deluded or obviously posted in an attempt to wind up, rather than publishing stories from reputable (eve though you may disagree with their politics) sources, whom have existed for over 100 years and employ the services of respected journalists.

If you must, then tell people what the link is about so they can choose? You are simply trying to wind me up. The criticism you gave was initially about all links being ‘fake news’, your second criticism was that the link was anonymous. No sale.

Why would anybody wish to take a link to be informed as to what a journalist thinks of the cuban health system ??????????? People who link all the time don't have minds of their own. Bag of wind.

Of course I side with Matt with this....The New Statesman is all what he said it is....You don't have to agree however. That said, I have to say I am enjoying the combative style.

Sometimes I can't be bothered to look at this section of the site because it seems populated by racists and general right wing knuckle scrapers but this thoughtful contribution makes me realise there are people on here with serious points to make. I think you are right that the Tories know they cannot go on as they are but they are being pulled all over the shop with no central direction (see today's story about Williamson saying he made May and will break her if more money is not spent on the Army etc. ). Reading this article this morning, I was struck by a few quotes: [Link] “The scale of the underlying domestic policy challenges which drove the Brexit vote – debt, deficit, housing, low growth and low disposable incomes – means that Brexit has to be recast as a catalyst for much bolder domestic policy renewal" “Economic power has been concentrated in the hands of a few … crony capitalists have rigged the system in their favour … debt has fuelled growth in an unsustainable fashion… Our politics, culture and regulatory models have worked against innovation ... Many of our fellow citizens have seen less and less value placed on their work and themselves … communities and individuals have seen so much of what they value which is beyond economics … overlooked or ignored.” These comments were not made by John McDonnell and Corbyn however. They were made by two prominent tories, George Freeman and Michael Gove, people thought to be key players in the future of the Conservative party. This week, we have had a radical policy change from the government on the NHS, with tax rises expected to fund a new 200 billion pound increase in funding. Housing has also been targeted as an area requiring more government involvement, and Windrush has brought to light the racist policies of successive governments in the past few decades, something the government has been forced to acknowledge. When Thatcher was once asked what her greatest achievement was, she said 'Tony Blair'. Is it possible that, given the recent tide turning, Jeremy Corbyn's political legacy will be dictating politics from the opposition benches?
