N’Diaye agreed. Much worse players. Scored the vital goal as mentioned. Was a stalwart in the team that avoided relegation at Sheffield. I can remember his smiling face in the one of the M1 services with all the players. Played his part in an important team for where we are now. Probably a high point in his career. Occasional Donkeys Calvin Andrew. Was limited. Claude Davis also. Dele Adebola. Not on the same beach as Calvin but also limited. Jamie Pollock took the P and put BS in his own name. Limited. Retired after Palace at 32... Standout Blackpool Beach Knacker.... Gareth Taylor. Poor touch, no composure, and painfully out of his depth. Originally posted by Lombardinho
Even great footballers have donkyfied moments! Palace's club record signing has just completed a season lavishly sprinkled with donkeyesque play. Edited by djcpfc (16 Jun 2018 10.51pm)

Wouldn't want to pin the honour on one individual but Les Strong, Tony Hazel, Brian Bason, John Lacey, Steve Ketteridge and David Price weren't great. The latter always looked decent for Arsenal IMO. Not a popular opinion but the standard at top level is so much better now than thirty or forty years ago it's ridiculous. I get the dislike of Zohar as well. Tony Hazel was a part of the 1978/79 promotion effort, albeit a minor part. Given that he was a stop-gap, I didn’t think he did too badly in the handful of games he played.

Calvin Andrew. He huffed and he puffed and well that was about it. Plus I recall dowie signing a winger from Bristol city when we went up who was so non descript I can’t even remember his name? Wayne Andrews. Pace. That’s it. Pace. Very limited.

I find this thread completely disrespectful to Donkeys. Peruvians love donkeys and trust these animals to transport small children across dangerous cliffside paths.

Sadly the donkey is one of the most abused animals in the world. Abused by humans, that is, but maybe not in Peru. It’s so sad, because on the whole the donkey is a loyal and good-natured companion.
