Like many older fans on here, I have seen this time and time again over the years where we cash in on our better players and then struggle. I realise everyone has their price however in PVA's case it had better be a damn good one for us to let him go as I feel we could be on the verge of hitting some good times here at Palace if we can keep the squad together.

Would also send out completely wrong message to Wilf and co that we sell our best players. Which we don’t.... can’t see it happening unless a STUPID offer comes in.

We have seen what happened at Southampton if you keep selling your best players. Yes money is important but not as if the club have to sell anyone. Still a lot of dead wood in the squad lets think about that first and also try and buy even better quality. With due respect to Pape and Schlupp are either as good as PVA in that position? I think not.
