I was thinking the same when reading the news about Asia Argento. At first I wondered if it was Weinstein's people/supporters behind a smear campaign, but that there appears to be solid evidence the NYT thinks is legit, makes me wonder even more. If this latest story is true, then Argento was posting 'happy reunion scenes' with Jimmy Bennett on social media while she was chirpsing the 17yo into bed. Someone is telling big fat lies. It's a murky world.

She's possibly responsible for him committing suicide and then she can of course say it was his/their choice to settle this for convenience, not out of guilt. Rose McGowan asking people to "go gentle" on her would also seem to be the complete opposite of what she asked people to do with Weinstein. Which was to go ape s***.

proven to be a big fat liar. Won't do the #metoo cause any good. Will only help Weinstein's case, which is a shame as he's clearly a rapey wrongun
