I don't know that, but if you are right then actors within the state has been complicit or negligent in this guy's murder. I very much hope that this isn't the case.

I think this is the kind of stuff TR, is fighting against. Video showing sharia law being taught in UK Islamic schools Our politicians enabled this. Can you imagine how much goes on that isn't captured on camera? It's why many within this community have an integration problem. I wonder what happened after this footage was released. Yep, you're not far off. 15% of the prison population is Muslim. They make up 4% of the UK general population aged 15+ (2016). Edited by Penge Eagle (07 Apr 2018 10.30am)

Edited by Penge Eagle (07 Apr 2018 10.30am) its more than the stated 15%, you have the ones who have converted but not changed their religion, and further more converted for protection reasons. the person who carried out the attack would have been doing so to pay off a £30 spice debt or similar.

How on this non existent (probably) god's earth did we get into this situation? If they have just put him into the general prison population where there are over 15 percent of Muslims....I'm speechless. That would be so stupid as to give thought to complicity.

That would be so stupid as to give thought to complicity. problem is, lets say you have a prison with 8 wings holding 800 prisoners, then 1 wing will be VP prisoners, and 700 will be gen pop. the guy in question could have saved his life by asking to be put onto the rule 45 wing (VP wing) the problem is that there is a massive stigma attached to that in the prison world and he propably tried to hide his offence. probably 10% of prisoners will “hide out” on gen pop wings because they dont want to be called a “VP” its very easy to blame X Y & Z but in reality its the government cutting budgets that causes these issues

the stigma is amazing...a prisoner can beat his wife to a inch of her life & be fine on a normal prison wing. for some reason, prisoners have this moral compass [sic] that means it is fine to beat your partner within an inch of their life, but a sexual offence is the work of the devil...its a way of justifiying your offence. in my eyes, an offence is & offence but prisoners need to have some moral high ground to hold onto

The state put him in there....they have a responsibility to understand the risk assessment and act upon common sense. Edited by Stirlingsays (07 Apr 2018 10.57pm)

Edited by Stirlingsays (07 Apr 2018 10.57pm) i think you need to wake up & smell the coffee...it is the prisoners responsibility to do that himself, you talk of “the state” he put himself in prison lets not pretend anybody else made him put pork products on a mosque. lets remember that anybody with a rational gene in their body would not do that...it was his own choice. dont break the law...dont go to prison...simples

Even if you are a prisoner the state has a responsibility to keep you out of harm's way if that harm is obvious in advance. This was very predictable. Also people are breaking the law every day and have multiple anti social crime reps and they don't go to prison. This crime was non violent, it was deserving of community service and a fine, not prison time. Let's put it like this, if my view held sway it's very likely there would be one less dead man. (unless his death was unconnected to being inside)
