No global brand will ever be the slightest bit interested in any sort of association with a little football club like ours. Look at who our shirt sponsors have been since we've been in the PL if you're in any doubt about our status.

Southampton's stadium was originally the 'Friends Provident' but has now reverted back to 'St Mary's' which is the area in which it is situated.In bygone days Southampton were called 'Southampton St Mary's'. Edited by Willo (02 Mar 2018 12.38pm)

Aye [quotAyee=topcat;3314638] Naming rights only really work with a new stadium. Selhurst will always be Selhurst to us but if we moved to a new ground and called it the Bupa standium, it would always be known as the Bupa.
