In retrospect due to injuries we should have got another keeper in, and a winger
I think that if we want to level criticism at SP has been too sentimental holding onto "legends" past their sell by date. Also probably the jobs for the boys recruitment

Whatever position in the world for expenditure is irrelevant due to prem money skewing things.

The injury situation would not seem so serious had we spent the £60 million that we paid for Benteke and Sakho on 6 players of the ilk of Luka, Tomkins or PVA to provide better quality cover through the squad. All of this years summer budget went on Sakho leaving us with only one striker and no credible goalkeeper!

Untrue. We left them too late. Tosun and then there's Niasse scoring goals. If not him or them then it shows we have the money for elsewhere.

The keeper in both windows.

Next excuse please.

Tosur has not done to well so far and typically Niasse who the club wanted out is doing well.
I’m sure Tosur will improve.

SP has been brilliant for us and only has the club at heart, of that I have no doubt. He has made bad mistakes, but don't we all. I promise all these on here we could do a great deal worse than have somebody who loves the club as much as we do. Having said all this he should seek more professional help when it comes to serious football matters.

It wasn't meant to be humorous it was making a point of we should be grateful for what we have rather than stretching for something we are not , we was a championship team and now we are a bottom half Premier team which in reality is acceptable if you spend within your means , so as fans we need to be content with what we have got rather than trying to be something we are not .....which is a top six team

Your attempt at a humorous analogy falls flat on two counts. Firstly it isn't very funny and secondly our problems aren't down to money.

If the media are correct we had enough money to buy a goalkeeper but didn't as we left it too late. We also had enough money to buy a defensive midfielder but didn't and we also had enough money to buy one or two others but didn't.

The money wasn't the problem. It was not spending it that was

So you're either bottom half garbage or top 6? Ok.

We had money to sign a striker to back up the single one we had. Both went on to play well and score. If not them then buy elsewhere. Or would you prefer Campbell? Parish does.

Still didn't sign a keeper.

You have no intention to accept any middle ground. Either bankruptcy or championship football is your standpoint. Don't ever take out a loan.

All i want is for us to get our transfers sorted early instead of leaving it until the last day & running out of time.

If we stay up & i think we will then we need to get organized for the summer. Think we'll need 6-7 players.

There's a difference between top 6 and not being able to score for 11 games or whatever it was. You'll have an excuse for that and if Hennessy gets injured in any of the next 10 games. Bankruptcy would be inevitable or something.

One thing you fail to acknowledge is no other clubs anywhere under prepare or leave our manager fighting an army with a stick and a few conkers.

Great owner but not delivering the necessities in transfer windows. And you can argue that having few selections causes more injuries, plus no competition for Benteke contributes to his g@sh performances, whether lazy or staying injury free or both.
