This site has gone to sh*t moreso since you got your bit of authority so more and more people will go elsewhere. Cheerio. Sincere apologies for pointing out that foul mouthed rants weren't welcome on this site but I can't help it as it's part of my power hungry frenzy

I agree but in this instance I don't believe the OP to be a troll but a Palace fan with opinions slightly different to many others. If anyone disagrees with his opinions then they can debate the issues rationally as foul mouthed abuse won't be tolerated. You may recall that it wasn't that long ago that the OP started another thread that wasn't very popular stating that we wouldn't get anywhere until Frank de Boer was sacked and he was later proved to be correct on that one

We discussed it to its logical conclusion, he kept going on about it, I and others asked for him at least to be put in Away Fans, but nothing was ever done and he was allowed to continue to disrupt the site for some weeks. I don't see how the remark about Soerloth on Saturday being "Sunday league" isn't a troll personally but YMMV. Since he does this all the time and doesn't listen to rational debate you can understand why some people lose their tempers with him.

Ha, we'll need a sollicitor to get this through properly but I think a few of us would want to join in that bet. So Croydonlad, are you up for that? Originally posted by michaelpearce

Personally I'd think that if Bakary Sako can score six in a couple of months in this team there's every chance Soerloth can score more than five this season, never mind ever, and that will be more than Benteke does.

Incidentally, unsubstantiated negactivity can by chance turn out to be correct once in a while and moreover just because someone posts a lot of valid stuff doesn't mean he doesn't also post trolls - for examples of that just wait for the next wrong big decision by a referee.

Having seen the extended Sky highlights, Sorloth's debut performance was the only ray of encouragement in a pretty poor team performance. Playing out of position in his first PL game, too. Clutching at straws maybe but if we must play a tall bustling type centre forward then he fits the bill. I suggest that Benteke keeps viewing the Niasse goal to see how to place a header - goodness knows he has had more than enough practice this season !

People are getting a little be ahead of themselves with Sorloth in all honesty, he made one good cross and got a header on target. He didn't do anything else of note in the Everton game.
