Three strikers went out in this window.

Anderson and Ladapo sold and Kalkai who has played PL football and been a first team squad player this year, loaned to Charlton.

Quite simply not considered good enough.

So Sako out for the rest of the season,a real blow.
Should we suffer yet more injuries to one of our forwards, we have Lee and who else as cover??
Good window that was,Steve and Dougie.

Lumeka and Lokilo I suppose. Or you push McArthur up maybe.

Agree with poster about two footed tackle. Disgrace. How Tony Gale can defend it is questionable. Really feel for Sako jinxed just when he looked like his old self. Anyone else hate spammers and their ex players who are biased.

Am I right in remembering that Swars*** not only failed to book Zabaleta (let alone give him what he deserved) but didn't even give a f***ing free kick? I guess if the FA were going to review ot that would have been announced by now. And if Swars*** did make an actual decision instead of just missing it then it's the worst decision I can recall in a very, very long time.

Oh and meanwhile that arsehole Moose was on talksh!te whining about Sakho "wasting time" and saying there was nothing wrong with him whilst his equally rectiloquent pal Durham was complaining about Sane getting injured and blaming the f***ing ref. What a couple of t***s.

That's so Palace.

Kalai is a first team squad player with PL experience, and there is no cover for strikers injuries, quite likely with 13 hard games ahead.

How can he not be good enough.

He is not good enough because Roy has seen him in training and decided he does not need him.
Allowing him to move to Charlton 2 leagues below us.
He did well at that level before.
I wish him well.

Shame he was injured. I thought it was a good tackle, hard tackle that played the ball. Sort of tackle that gets the home crowd going on a Tuesday night. Zaballetta had Zaha Sussed, same as Walker did, but the West Ham player is over the hill now.
A few on here need to look at games like that when they say Wilf is too good for us and should be playing champions league football.
If he played like he has for us the last few games, for a top 4 team, he’d be lucky to start another game this season.
When he’s good, he’s great , when he’s bad , he’s s*it.

'Roy has seen him in training and decided he does not need him.'

Why do you say that A?

Surely Hodgson would not have selected him for the bench or put him on the pitch if he was not good enough to play.

Personally I can't wait for us to (1) thrash this bunch of little cream puffs in April and (2) see them relegated back where they belong in May:

I've never been able to work out why weed fans are more interested in us than in their own team. It must be so exhausting being that full of hate.

Never 'got' the rivalry myself.

Always thought it would be Millwall.

As a little boy it was actually Leyton Orient.

I remember being crest-fallen at hearing Crystal Palace 0 Leyton Orient 1.

That's tough for a 5 year old to take.

Chung Yong Lee, Riedewald etc, players like these need to step up.

Roy has to have a bench he can depend on, subs are being made far too late in games because of their lack of ability.
