Reverse that result which was looking highly likely and it would've been 7 points from 15 just after 2 back to back wins. That game at Selhurst would've been a bit more nervy I would think. I remember in the summer many on here were adamant we should have got Silva before Watford when it was clear he was leaving Hull.

Think we dodged a bullet as he has just been sacked by Watford.

So you didn't watch the hull 0-2 Sunderland match the week before hull played us then. Any one of those however many chances they had makes it 1-0 to hull and more than likely we'd be relegated.

That's how close it was but some have forgotten that, and have even forgotten the tension before the 4-0. Their 3 injuries and the 1-0 gift swayed it massively in our favour.

I have seen many games Palace should have won but lost. Although we should have won we still lost, nothing changes that.
You could say that after he got them their two wins which gave them a shout, suddenly the pressure was really on and the pressure got to his team and hI'm and could not help them beat Sunderland a team already down.
