She (Steph McGovern) also manages to turn single syllable words into two syllables, with undue emphasis on the second syllable. For example “poor returns” becomes “poo-ER returns”. That doesn’t make sense either. In our house we assume she must have a “friend” in a high place at the Beeb

And people still not being able to use thier indicators...or manage to get out of the middle lane. Edited by elgrande (16 Jan 2018 9.52pm) I have to remember not to sound my horn when passing a member of the Middle Lane Owners Club on the motorway. I do use my horn on the Purley Way to tell wanderers that I am on their left.

There’s a sex shop in Addiscombe, Pillow Talk, that has a note in the window that says that is closed on Sundays, but that there is a similar shop in Reigate that is open. What sex issue can arise on a Sunday that would make it necessary to drive about 45 minutes for??

Why Tom Hardy's Jewish gang leader in the Peaky Blinders was Ronnie Kray in Legend. Seriously, watch them both, his character and mannerisms are exactly the same, I'm all for recycling, and Tom Hardy is a fine actor, but couldn't he have tried a bit harder?

I refuse to believe there are that many people out there that can't spell. Too f**king lazy, that's what I think. |
