You take a well-known secular tune, be it that one or Happy Birthday To You (I've done both), and set it in the form of Anglican chant; then you do the psalm to that chant at Choral Evensong. 10 points if anyone notices; 50 for a laugh; 100 if you can get a bollocking from the curate.
