I think you've missed the point...we know that there are illegal streams available as most of us use them...my point is that we could ALL have access to guaranteed, HD, 4K streams that are legal if only the authorities spent their efforts in allowing these to be shown, at the same time undermining the illegal streams in the process; which they seem to be spending an inordinate amount of time and money pursuing as a result of their own antiquated reasoning (i.e. the 3pm rule)

Oh no I get your point, and if you read the end of my post I said it won’t be happening anytime soon, which is the case, probably won’t ever happen to be honest. Less people would go to games, not just PL, but the further down the league you go the less people will go to games. Who would go watch Accrington Stanley play when you can watch the top PL teams on TV at 3pm every Saturday. Just isn’t going to happen.

Accrington Stanley fans will just like we used to watch Palace when they were in the Third Division South rather than go to see Chelsea , Arsenal etc. I know it was not on television in those days but the desire to watch your own team was and still is.

I live in France and as a result can't get to many games. It is beyond my understanding why I cannot subscribe to a legal stream for a sensible amount. I guess it's because Sky/BT have the rights to sell abroad and part of that means that my streaming would undermine those foreign sales, but it's bloody frustrating. I don't want to watch anybody else 'live', just Palace.

One day....

Im going of track with this but being a cricket fan and wanting to see the Ashes i was faced with paying full price for bt sport via sky.

Not happy with the price and was giving up hope. Then plusnet, my BB provided said we can offer the bt sport app for a fiver an month on top of your BB packge if your Interested. Signed up straightaway.

So im sure things like this could be used for all PL games if they feel that all games will be televised. How -plusnet do it so cheap i don’t know or understand but im well happy as i got to see us against city and thewill be watching us against Brighton soon as well.

I think they should bring out a plug in fully submersive interactive virtual reality service where you are on the field of play yourself. This one may be a way off but it’s the way I see it going.

I live abroad and watch nearly every game, bar FA cup games with an exception being on Jan 8th.
I've used cricfree, FRS, and vipbox etc..

I really don't understand why people still ask where can I watch the game.Is it different in the UK?

I find it incredibly easy to find a game, any game.

On match days i simply type "crystal palace v opponent cricfree or whoever and bobs your uncle.
If there is too much buffering I then change to another stream.
