So impressed with Roy and his team..

Today he made a number of changes...

PVA, Reidewalde, Kelly, Wayne, TFM

And we keep a clean sheet against City!

WTF!

Absolutely buzzing from the fact that's four players many including myself have said are may be not Prem level. Most haven't started a game im weeks...! And boom they've performed against City.

So much for bombing them out, he's adding millions to all their values.

Didn't see the game, can people let me know how each performed?

Van Aanholt - more disciplined, good few blocks, unlucky with a long-range shot in the first half which hit a defender.

Riedewald - did what Puncheon should be doing.

Kelly - took over from Dann did the same things just as well. Proper position for him, no worries about him staying there.

Hennesey - solid, assured, a few fine saves, decent bottle and kicked well as well.

Fosu-Mensah - MOTM. Snuffed Sane out more or less completely and sold him a yellow card as well.

we were very good, i thought even though luka had the penalty saved the game deserved to be 0-0.

Speroni would've saved it!

All four played blinders.

Lets hope Roy is as good at sourcing a couple of strikers as he is at managing the team.

He is proving to be a real star for us.

I agree. Classy, intelligent and accurate. He had fire in his eyes.

Absolutely fantastic performance today. Tactically spot on. Roy and the back room team are doing a great job, long may it continue.

As said by others Roy comes across as a real gentleman which in the current climate of football is a real breath of fresh air.

Luka normally dispatches them in the corners.

Superb tactics by Roy stopped City’s wing threat.
FM ‘s speed shackled Sane but Wilf kept Walker totally occupied and this was key. Wilf was only switched onto the more easily beaten Danilo in the final stages and that resulted in the pen that should’ve won the game. Wilf couldn’t get the better of Walker but totally stopped him from attacking and should be praised for sticking to Roy’s instructions.
If only we had a decent, hard working centre forward for Roy to deploy we would be scoring more goals to push us up the table quickly !!
