It is indeed but what a cracking game it was. It was right up until they scored their 4th :-)
Well I think Simon's head is large; always involved in espionage. (Name that tune) |

It was right up until they scored their 4th :-) Nope. We were there and it really wasn’t that great apart from the fight back. Most of the game was poor. The fourth goal was indeed when it got really depressing. Edited by Mapletree (20 Dec 2017 9.58pm)

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Uh oh ..... bad timing or what ?' by Midlands Eagle I' not worried about what they will do. My only concern is what Palace does on Saturday. We do our job and it won't matter who they bring in.
Divorced...And LOVING it! |

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Uh oh ..... bad timing or what ?' by Midlands Eagle Yes this is a tricky game. At this time of season playing a team in the relegation mix is a problem as they all fight. Mid-table teams are the best bet for points. They feel safe and lack fight and commitment.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Uh oh ..... bad timing or what ?' by Midlands Eagle This has come as no surprise at all. He did a great job last season keeping them up, but selling Gylfi and Llorente and not really replacing them has really come back to haunt them. As long as the team are focused and play with the same determination that they did at Leicester, we should be fine for at least a point...

PALACE FOR EVER London 20 Dec 17 11.41pm | |

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Uh oh ..... bad timing or what ?' by Midlands Eagle A new manager might not be able to change the side's style/way they play but what can happen is the players may up their attitude wanting to impress a new manager. Playing with 'more heart' than they would of done. As far as players are concerned they will see this game as one to keep them in the knowing a new manager starts with them at the beginning. I'm sure a new managers' attitude is to talk to players as little as possible about style of play at the beginning just a word here and there, he will look through past matches and see why they are where they are, lack of confidence, common mistakes especially defence wise and have a word with the players.
The pyramid to beat all pyramids!! Find out what team is in which division, eg which division is Coppull United in? |

That wasn't because of their manager, it was because of ours. Ferret that evening Sam was our Manager not Pardew.
