Just everything about the Man points to him being a strong character. Surely you can see that?

I understand your rationale for making such a judgement based on "Body Language" but alas I would really like to know the person to judge his/her character.Sometimes outward signs can be deceiving.Maybe your judgement based on your criteria is correct.

Watching the highlights he nearly let one in through his legs that bounced onto the crossbar and the commentator mentions below that he should of done better with the first goal. I was at Bristol C and directly in line for the 3rd goal. After it went in it was clear WH was very annoyed with himself for not doing better. Everything seems to be going right through him at the moment. Looking at the highlights Mandanda did some good saves. Personally I don't think we have a solid goalie at the moment but Jules should keep the gloves. Edited by Booted Eagle (11 Nov 2017 12.49pm)

ew: The footage of the French goal I love it when commentators say "he should have done better there." How on earth would they know? Barry Davies used to say that all the time. "He really should have got that on target!" he tut. Has Barry Davies had to swivel and volley a fast moving football accurately into a net that's being blocked by an agile super athlete, while young men in peak physical condition hassle him. No, all Barry Davies could manage was holding a microphone up to his mouth and using the same predictable glib phrases to describe every single incident in the game. And another thing. The french striker hit a shot which Hennessy did very well to save. He got his foot to the ball and deflected it onto the bar. That is a great save. I couldn't have pulled it off. Could anyone here have done better?
I know we need to 'blood the youngsters', to use a 1970s phrase, but still. Jackson had a good ten years in him.
